Satellite Crew: Production Staff Member
This is a unique and exciting position for the right candidate that is looking to work hard and travel while providing top-tier front-of-house service. This role involves working with the tour crew to provide a consistent and memorable experience for the guests while setting up and breaking down the events and providing enthusiastic FOH service.
Tour Crew: Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager leads and mentors our vastly changing hourly day-staff, delegates responsibilities, and drives clear communication throughout each event to deliver consistent service.
Tour Crew: Driver / Reception Manager
The Driver / Reception Manager ensures the safe transport and expert care of our vehicles and equipment. During events, they manage the Reception area and Scullery station operations.
Tour Crew: Driver / Infrastructure Manager
The Driver / Infrastructure Manager ensures the safe transport and expert care of our vehicles and equipment while also overseeing infrastructure maintenance. During events, they manage guest and staff parking as well as Scullery station operations.
