Outstanding opportunity:
We are looking for adventurous individuals to participate in Outstanding in the Field and our national/international 2008 tour. Staff and interns are needed both on the road and at our base in Santa Cruz, California. Our season begins in June with the culinary roadshow rolling out in late July and extending into late October.

Front of House manager
Full time, seasonal employment
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic front of house manager. You:
- Have prior front of house management experience
- Feel confident in coordinating up to 15 people for each dinner event, including set up, execution and take down.
- Have lots of energy and an all-around positive attitude.
- Have the ability to carry tables and chairs over uneven terrain and in the dark or heat.

- Be able to travel well with a group in a respectful, productive, and cooperative way.
- Have to have a great sense of adventure!

Organizer
4 days/week, seasonal employment
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the practical execution of projects on location
- Translation of a project design into organizational plan
- Communicating logistics with clients
- Organizing staff
- Planning
- Internal communication and quality control
- Participation in events on site
Candidate skills:
- Experience in catering
- Well-developed ability to plan and organize
- An eye for detail
- Fast thinker: you know how to tackle problems on the spot
