Chef Brad Briske’s restaurant in Santa Cruz County is called Home. Santa Cruz is also the home of Outstanding in the Field. Brad goes the extra distance (but not too far from the farms, the sea and the mountains in his own backyard) to find local product for his menus. Foraging and curing meats, including wild game, help him express his dedication and affection for this place. Seafood is abundant in Santa Cruz, and the Secret Sea Cove is the perfect place to tell that part of the story of home. Hans is our house fisherman. He knows these waters well and will share tales of the sea.
