Farmer Jean-Martin is a star. This is a place where everybody comes by to see what you are doing because what you’re doing is so cool. When it’s cold and the farming slows a bit (this is Canada, after all), Jean-Martin travels the world, giving presentations about better ways to farm. In his words, La Ferme is ‘’an agricultural project that aims to demonstrate what the farm of tomorrow could look like.” Our Chef Adrien Renaud hails from a foodie intellectual think tank. He’s a huge supporter of the farm, and created a menu last year using ingredients almost exclusively from Jean-Martin and Danny.
