At our table in the billowy hills of the Berkshires, you may convince yourself you’re in Ireland. It’s easy to do. The surrounding landscape is overwhelmingly green, dotted with the changing trees of Autumn. Farmers Jen and Pete use no-till farming and regenerative agriculture to nourish the soil that nurtures their top-quality vegetables and greens. They’re also passionate about educating and empowering their community through home garden programs and a thriving CSA. Chef James Massey will cook us a meal that celebrates his farming and Native American heritage. Field & Cellar is deeply committed to using produce from the Berkshires, plus pastured meat and sustainable seafood.
