The ingredients: sun, sand, sea, tropical fruit, fresh vegetables, and two good friends in the kitchen. Jamie and Bradley have joined us before as a team at our Outstanding in the Field dinner seatings at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. On his own, Bradley joined us to cook at a spectacular OITF event on the rim of the Grand Canyon where everything was flown in by helicopter. Both experiences were very, very challenging for a chef to pull off. The secret is out. We are setting our long table on the biggest, most scenic beach of Miami Beach; on the sand below the Faena Hotel, in the exact same spot where Outstanding in the Field founder Jim Denevan performed a sand and light composition during Art Basel Miami Beach a little over one year ago.
