In collaboration with Garden & Gun, and the Bermuda Tourism Authority, we’re setting our long table for the first time on the island of Bermuda! Besides stunning beaches, Bermuda also has lovely farms, ranches and gardens. Our Guest Chef, Douglas Sisk of The Reefs Resort and Club, has gained acclaim for his sourcing of the island’s abundance. He’ll have many of his favorite producers and suppliers joining us at the table.
Ingredients from the land are important, but when you are on an island in the middle of the ocean, it’s sure that seafood will be a main theme. We’ll arrange our long table on the beach at Stonehole Bay and take in the ever changing beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.
