Chatham “Bars” refers to sandbars. Depending on wind and weather conditions, we’ll be lucky to set the table on one of them for this dinner. Chef Anthony Cole has the luxury of having his own farm dedicated to supplying the restaurant. The diverse five acre organic farm has made the Inn a place where vegetables may be the star culinary attraction. But then there’s also all that ocean-fresh Cape Cod catch. We’ll enjoy the bounty from land and sea.
