We're dining on the water. Everett Family Farm has about ten beautiful spots where the table could go, and typically it's hard to say which is best until we get there. This year we will go out on a limb and say... It's on the river. California just experienced three drought years, and it’s been too dry for the river site. This year the winter and spring rains returned. Chef Santos of The Kitchen at Discretion Brewing will again be out standing along the river. The Everetts run their place as an incubator farm, which means it’s a place for new farmers to learn farming. We will see who's being incubated this year, and find out what they’re learning.
