Coming out to this exceedingly pleasant place about 45 minutes outside California’s capital city is an Outstanding tradition. We first came to Capay Organic in 2012 and have returned every summer since. We will set our long table with a view of the farm under the cool shade of ancient oaks. The Barsotti Brothers and Noah Barnes run a very successful family operation. Their love of the land comes through in their farm tour. This is our sixth event with Chef Oliver Ridgeway. Oliver established his reputation at Sacramento's Grange restaurant, and is now in the process of opening two new restaurants of his own this Summer. Oliver is an exuberant presence, and his enthusiasm for being out on the farm is evident in his wide grin. Each year, his menu outdoes the last, and we’re thrilled he's taking time away from his new projects to do it again with us this time.
