This is our fourth visit with farmer John Bartlett, his mother Nancy and wife Stephanie. The farm and this part of Louisiana -- in St. Tammany Parish just 90 minutes from New Orleans via the causeway over the wide waters of Lake Pontchartrain -- have a wonderful welcoming quality. This will be guest chef Martha Wiggins' first time in our outdoor kitchen. Chef Martha has been lauded as a Chef to Watch and one of Zagat’s 2016 30 Under 30 notables in New Orleans. We love her mouthwatering description of her cooking style: "I think my food is heartfelt. It’s not manicured. It’s hearty. I want people to be full.
