Ayers Creek Farm

We first visited Ayers Creek Farm in 2014. When we come back, it means we love it. If it’s warm, the table will meander around a tall stand of Douglas fir trees. With cooler weather, we’ll get out in the sun among the rows of vegetables. Chef Joshua of Ava Gene’s came out to Ayers Creek in 2014. In addition to working in top kitchens all across the country, Joshua spent two years getting his hands dirty in the fields of Maine running Four Seasons Farm for Eliot Coleman (where we’ve set our table four times). Farmer Anthony Boutard will give another of his erudite and whimsical farm tours as we make our way to the table.
