From this waterfront location in the charming coastal town of Sausalito, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of San Francisco Bay and may even get a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge. Host fisherman Kenny Belov is the owner of TwoXSea, a sustainable fishing organization that call themselves “foragers of the sea.” Kenny has a passionate vision to change the way we catch and handle seafood, to educate consumers, and to pay fellow fisherpeople proper wages. We’re proud to partner with Heath Ceramics, a company that’s played a big role in the OITF table since 2013. Our gorgeous collection of Heath platters have been the canvas for guest chefs at hundreds of events across the country. We’ll tour the Heath factory before heading out to the waterfront for dinner prepared by Nicolas (Nico) Peña, the new chef at Tartine Manufactory. Nico worked many years with Quince chef Michael Tusk and honed his craft during stages at Erba Brusca in northern Italy and Michelin-starred De Wulf in Belgium. Now he brings his culinary craft and love of farmers to Tartine and the Outstanding table. After dinner, everyone gets to take a commemorative plate home!
