What do Mykonos and the Hamptons have in common? Calissa explores their similarities from the perspective of the dining table, and you're invited to come along. Calissa debuted in the South Fork last summer, created by the same culinary team behind the much loved and lauded Amali and Periyali in NYC. Chef Dominic Rice has worked in the kitchens of Narcissa and Jean-Georges. Expect him to send out waves of delicious small plates and house-made charcuterie, innovative salads and Greek-inspired fish and meat dishes. Calissa is named for the brightest constellation in the summer sky - Ursa Major. We'll enjoy a heavenly repast, and maybe we'll see the sparkling big bear above the fields of Amber Waves tonight.
