A home away from home for the OITF crew. Thaxton Farm grows garlic, many different kinds. They also grow connection. For the Outstanding crew, this is where we recharge. Our journey is long and difficult, and rewarding. Especially when rewarded with a visit to Chris and Fred Thaxton’s place. Chef Jonathon Sawyer first reached out to us five years ago as chef/owner of the Greenhouse Tavern. Trentina is his latest creation.
