We will set the table in the shade of ancient oaks on an elevated bench with a view of the verdant farm fields of Capay Organic. After an introduction by the brothers Barsotti, we’ll take a fascinating tour of the farm -- from fruit to nuts, with plenty of vegetables in between. Oliver Ridgeway of Grange returns as chef.
