Chef Jim is the best of the best. We have enjoyed some extraordinary farm feasts created by him and his team at several Minnesota locations over the years. Jim was awarded Best New Chef by Food & Wine in 2015 and was honored with James Beard nominations for Best Chef: Midwest in 2015 and 2016. His internship at the world renowned Noma in Copenhagen rooted him in the importance of wild food and foraging, now reflected on the menu at Heyday. OITF first visited Tangletown Gardens last year, and we're excited to return to this bountiful place overflowing with good food and beautiful sights. In addition to cultivating a variety of flowers and food crops on 140 acres of farmland, Scott and Dean also raise animals and tend an aquaponic koi pond.
