We’re back! Monteillet Fromagerie and Outstanding in the Field are a thing. Sometimes with such love affairs you must take a little break, visit other farms, and then reconnect. We are so pleased to return! Farmstead cheese production is pretty fascinating, and we’ll take a tour of the farm and the cheese-making operation. Everything is a factor: the goats and sheep, the grass, the weather, the milk, the cheesemakers’ skill and dedication... It all comes together to form the cheese on the plate. Chef Emry of Q Wood Fired Grill in nearby Waitsburg is a master of cooking with flame. Emry grew up on a ranch and has authentic cowboy cooking skills. Sandy handles the beverages with a degree in enology & viticulture.
