Farmer Brandon grows certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers and raises pastured pigs, sheep and cows. The farm is home to honey bee hives, perennial plantings of blueberries and fruit tree orchards. All this provides goodness for the 100+ households that subscribe to Delta Sol’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Co-chefs Matt Bell and Michael Hanna are coming out to Brandon’s place from Little Rock and West Memphis. Chef Michael loves farms and farming. Chef Matt is one of the most popular chefs in Little Rock, and one of his favorite dishes is pork trotters. They’ll both be in their element here.
