Every year, a handful of the farms and chefs we work with come at the recommendation of our guests. Bloomsbury Farm was suggested to us, and when we did our research, we found it to be the perfect site for a farm dinner! Farmer Lauren grows a variety of vegetables, raises chickens and runs a CSA. Our guest chef Trevor Moran used to helm the kitchen at Catbird Seat, and before that, spent four years in the kitchen at Noma in Denmark. Not a bad list of accolades if we do say so ourselves! We can’t wait to see what he has in store for us at Lauren’s spot this year.
