David Retsky is a charmer and a farmer. A mischief maker and vegetable conjurer. Chefs know David and depend on him. Magic on the plate comes from the farmer’s fairy dust. Also on the menu are eggs and beef from Red Hill Rancher Kitty Dolcini and family. Chef Michael Lee Rafidi has spent time at a number of restaurants around the country including Blue Duck Tavern, and The Mildred, before joining MINA Group. He will be joined by RN74’s sommelier David Castleberry.
