A view from above. We like to find these high up places to place our table. At Archery Summit, we’ll enjoy an extraordinary view of the Willamette Valley wine country, while enjoying some extraordinary Oregon wines. Winemaker Corey will tell us about Archery Summit's varietal specialties, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, and you can expect to taste a few glasses of these coveted grapes. Sarah Schneider will be our chef in the field kitchen. Sarah is one of an all-women crew of butchers, bakers and chefs that make up The Nightwood Society. Sarah has cooked in restaurants from San Francisco to New York, and most recently was the sous-chef and butcher at Renata. We know Nightwood is special because their Director of Experience is former OITF ringleader and tour wrangler, Leah Scafe. Can't wait to see you, Leah!
