Heaven. Last year at Ploughgate, tour guests swooned as we crested the hill and saw the table for the first time. Ploughgate Creamery is home to Marisa Mauro and her farmstead butter. Chef Eric Warnstedt is a six-time veteran of OITF. His farm choices have taken our guests on some memorable adventures. Eric has close connections with an extraordinary number of local farmers and producers. Several of those connections will provide ingredients for the table.
