Table to Dock. Events like this are a dream for OITF. You get to see it all up close. A table on a working wharf on the water. A place where the fishermen can tell their stories and the story is all around you. Our guest chef is from a restaurant with a name that gets right to the point: The Fishery. Chef Paul has joined us for several dinners in the olive groves of Temecula. Now he is where he should be, astride the sea.
