Mick Klug Farm

Mick Klug is a feel-good farm. It just puts you in a good mood or extends your already good mood. Over the years, Chef Paul Virant has taken us to several great OITF locations north, south and west of Chicago (and in the middle of Chicago, too). This time we set our table in an orchard filled with big ripe apples (east of Chicago), and it feels good. Mick will “take to the box” and share the family story.
