Farmers Thom and Catherine cultivate their many rows of olive trees with loving care. The trees return the love in the form of delicious fresh-pressed olio nuovo. Our dinner is timed with the harvest, so there will be an olive press on-site, allowing us to taste right from the tree. Chef Brian Redzikowski will source ingredients from favorite Temecula-area farms and the nearby Pacific Ocean. We will feast.
