Branched Oak Farm is warm and from the heart. It’s great to be going back to the Cornhusker State. The Dittmans’ welcoming spread feels like a home away from home for our plains-traveling troupe of culinary voyagers. For farm shoppers, they have something called an “inconvenience store” where you ‘’might’’ find something from the farm. Chef Paul Kulik is extraordinarily passionate about Nebraska ingredients and all things Nebraska. As a note to all our traveling “field heads”... this is a favorite location and a favorite chef. It’s wonderful to be in The Heartland.
