Four hundred acre Bloomsbury Farm was established in 2009. Farmer Lauren sells her produce at farmers markets around Nashville, has many great relationships with the cities’ best chefs, and hosts a large organic CSA. This is our third visit to the farm, and there’s a reason we return year after year. The road that drops down into the valley makes for a magical reveal of our farm dinner table. Chef Ryan has worked at such acclaimed restaurants as The French Laundry and El Celler de Can Roca. He’s received big-time praise for his feats in the kitchen.
