Fruition Farms Creamery is the realization of Chef Alex Seidel, named Best Chef: Southwest in 2018 by the folks at the James Beard Foundation. A Wisconsin native, Alex was probably fated to make cheese some day. Fruition is the first artisanal sheep’s cheese creamery in Colorado, focused on sustainable farming practices and animal husbandry. The creamery and Alex’s 10-acre organic vegetable farm provide provisions for his Denver restaurants, sustaining the relationship between food producer and partaker. Alex will be joined in the field kitchen by a trio of Denver chefs – a hefty combination of culinary talent. Caroline Glover is a multiple James Beard nominee. Alon Shaya is a celebrated New Orleans chef who recently brought his Israeli cuisine to Denver. Paul Reilly focuses on whole-animal butchery and locally sourced ingredients at Beast & Bottle.
