Monday, September 9 @ 3pm
From our table at Waldingfield Farm, you can enjoy the rolling green hills of the Connecticut countryside and the lush produce from their vast rows of organic vegetables. In early September, that means summer squash, sweet corn and heirloom tomatoes. Waldingfield focuses on organic farming practices that enrich the soil and encourage biodiversity. Guest chefs Craig, Alex and Jason know how to turn this pristine produce into a memorable meal. They recently transformed their popular Caseus Fromagerie & Bistro into a fabulous new spot they named Olmo, with a communal table that seats 16 guests. Our table will be a bit bigger.
