Wonder awaits. The sea here is clear and clean, the weather is beautiful in late October. Catalina is an idyllic destination. Arriving in Avalon Harbor you are certain to see the Garibaldi, which look like giant sea-going goldfish. When it’s time for our feast in the cove, our skiffs will whisk you 20 minutes away to an isolated spot on the sand. As you step off the boat and onto the dock, you’ll see our long table on the shore, where Chef Bruce Kalman will be working in the kitchen. This event is probably the most fun for a chef, and the fresh local seafood will be the star of the show.
