Our only distillery dinner of the 2019 tour! J. Henry & Sons make their bourbon from an heirloom variety of red corn they grow themselves at their Madison-area farm, along with wheat and rye. Our farm tour will take us through the distillery, where we’ll learn how they make award-winning spirits. During reception, we’ll sample their bourbon while snacking on bites from guest chef Dan Fox. Chef Dan has a passion for pigs, and founded Fox Heritage Farms in 2011 to raise heritage pork breeds for his restaurant and other local Wisconsin chefs. We can’t make promises, but we’ll probably see some of that pork on the menu.
