Chef Brian is our Berkshires ambassador. As the co-founder of Berkshire Farm & Table, Brian knows everybody in the area, and good food on the table is all about connections. Woven Roots Farm is our dinner site in the Berkshires this year. The ten-acre no-till bio-intensive farm uses regenerative agricultural practices to supply its seasonal CSA membership & local wholesale markets. Farmers Jen & Pete also has cultivated an educational component to connect the local community to their food source. Five acres is a lot of territory from which to choose a killer table location. It would be a crime if you didn’t make it out to join us.
