One of our favorites from last year, Riverine Ranch has just the right kind of field to out stand in: bright green and beautiful. Farmers Courtney and Brian raise their water buffalo on 62 acres, and have a great story about how they got started. You’ll just have to come out to the table and hear it for yourself, and you’ll get to taste it, too. Our guest chef David Viana of Heirloom Kitchen was honored with three stars from the New York Times and recognized as a 2018 semi-finalist for a James Beard award as Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic.
