*** This is a beer dinner. Beers will be paired with each course instead of wines.
At Oxford Road Farm, just outside Boulder, there are sheep and chickens and pigs and vegetables… and there are also hops. Hops are central to the making of beer, so this is a beer dinner - instead of wine, we’ll be serving hopped beverages with the meal. Fittingly, our chef is Adam Dulye, who is executive chef of the Brewers Association (BA), a not-for-profit trade group dedicated to America’s small and independent craft brewers. Adam also has a book coming out shortly: The Beer Pantry: Cooking at the Intersection of Craft Beer and Great Food. We love working with Adam. This will be his seventh OITF appearance.
