OITF regulars often ask us which event to go to next. You should probably come to this one. Yes, there are dozens of amazing chefs and sites on the schedule that would also get the nod, and we don’t play favorites. But this is an exceptionally good chef-farmer-site combo. So good that we actually do the same event two times several months apart. Of course, when we say “same” we mean different. The ingredients available now (late Spring) and later (in Fall) are quite distinct. And Chef Brian’s two 2018 menus will illustrate that beautifully. Maybe you should come twice.
