It’s about place: Close to the sea but not too close. Soil that complements the variety of the grapes; sun, wind and rain that impart character. Our long table will be set in the shade of oaks on a promontory surrounded by endless views of Central California wine country. ADELAIDA is a gorgeous setting to celebrate place. Guest chef Spencer Johnston is a SLO native and a favorite of Paso folks in the know who like to throw good parties with really good food. And we know he knows his way around the field kitchen because he's helped out at past Outstanding events. This time Spencer is in charge.
