It all comes from here. Farmers Anastasia and Ben like to support the people who support them. Fellow Brooklynite Chef Evan Hanczor of Egg has walked the walk and elevated in the elevator. He comes by regularly to see what’s growing on the farm. When you step out of the elevator, you will see it all, including a killer view of the Manhattan skyline. A farm on the roof is not just pie in the sky. It’s pie in the sky and all kinds of other dessert and savory courses, too. Evan does a great job of sourcing as much as possible for his menus from The Grange, and we can’t wait to taste the bounty of the farm’s late summer harvest.
