We’re setting our long table in the grasses at The Hickories for two events this year. Our second event features Chef Jeff Taibe in the field kitchen. Jeff is a close friend and supporter of The Hickories and has an impressive resume of restaurants all over the globe. His simple, seasonal approach to cooking is a perfect match for the 160 varieties of fruits and vegetables growing at the hands of Farmer Dina. We look forward to another afternoon of Dina’s passionate personality and eloquent descriptions on the farm tour.
