Our first Door County farm dinner! Previously owned by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, Waseda Farms is now run by the Lutsey Family, who raise Certified Organic steers, hogs, chickens, and more. Situated close to Lake Michigan and those classic Wisconsin green rolling hills, Waseda Farms will make the perfect backdrop for Chef Kelly Qualley and his Hinterland team to craft a beautiful farm dinner.
