It's always a highlight of our year to visit our friends John, Nancy and Stephanie at Bartlett Farm in Folsom, Louisiana, just 60 minutes from New Orleans. This year, chefs Kristen and Michael from Coquette will leave their Garden District restaurant and drive across the causeway over Lake Pontchartrain to serve up contemporary Southern cuisine featuring the bounty of Bartlett and surrounding area farms. Between them, Kristen and Michael have cooked in some of NOLA’s most iconic restaurant kitchens, including Emeril’s, Peristyle and Restaurant August, and Chef Michael has been a James Beard nominee for Best Chef-South for four years running.
